Geoff is a professional coach and consultant who works with people at senior management and board level. He has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, is accredited by the Institute of Human Development and is supervised by Bryan Emden of The Emden Partnership.

Geoff has a broad range of coaching experience in the corporate, public and charitable sectors. Recent engagements include the banking, retail, education and media industries, as well as public and charitable organisations. Geoff divides his time between executive coaching and facilitating coaching skills development programmes.

Career History

Prior to starting Pinstripes & Beads™, Geoff spent ten years in operations management at Citibank, Morgan Stanley and UBS. He has led pan-European and global business teams, and has extensive experience in change management, building and leading large teams and re-engineering processes and organisations.
