Pinstripes & Beads™ is a ‘boutique’ coaching consultancy, formed in 2004 by Geoff Shaw and Cressida Hamilton. We strive to excel at what we do and believe in both relevant training and real hands-on business experience. Cressida and Geoff have more than ten years’ senior management experience within investment banking organisations and have used a coaching approach ‘on the front line’ in both people and project management.

Pinstripes & Beads™ uses a systemic approach at an individual, team and corporate level to facilitate successful change and transition. We do not subscribe to any single school of thought, so you can be assured that you will not be put through a formulaic coaching process.
