He has extensive experience in one-to-one coaching, mentoring and facilitation with a proven track record in drawing out the very best in people.
He has co-developed and leads the Inspired Coach training programme for the IHD.
As a coach, Geoff specialises in supporting individuals in making significant transitions in their lives and in their work.
Recent engagements have been with individuals in the banking, consultancy, retail and media industries as well as with the National Health Service working at senior management and board level.
Geoff divides his time between personal and corporate clients and enjoys a diverse and varied portfolio of work.
Career History
Geoff has 10 years experience in operations management that includes leading teams of people and major change projects within the Investment Banking industry, both in the UK and overseas. He has enjoyed working with three blue-chip companies in the sector; Citibank, Morgan Stanley and UBS where he has led pan-European and global teams.
Geoff has extensive experience in building and leading large teams, process and organisational re-engineering, and change management. He has led large-scale process re-engineering projects delivering significant cost savings coupled with service and quality improvements.
Personal Background
Geoff lives in Hawkhurst, Kent with his wife Cressida, and has two children, Matthew and George. He has a passion for acting and has enjoyed playing the parts of Mr Darcy, Dr Faustus and Demetrius in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Geoff has also co-written and directed a musical play and most recently, played a leading role in a small budget film shown at last year’s Cannes film festival.
When the sun shines the other love in Geoff’s life emerges from the garage… his motorcycle.

Geoff’s coaching practice is supervised by Bryan Emden (www.theemdenpartnership.com). Supervision plays a crucial role in Geoff’s ongoing development as a professional coach and his well being. It ensures that Geoff’s coaching remains effective and addresses the needs of his clients.
