Coaching self-sufficiency for your organisation

We believe that one of the principles of coaching is the development of self-sufficiency and empowerment. For some of our clients, it makes economic and logistical sense to have an external resource deliver their coaching skills development programmes. However, many organisations want to build an internal capability, but lack the time or expertise to develop the programmes and associated materials.

Pinstripes & Beads™ offers consultancy services to help you design and build your coaching or mentoring skills programmes. We will help you link the programme to business imperatives and your leadership development programmes. We can also train your internal facilitators if required.

We do not license any of our training programmes. Once the development is completed and the programme has been successfully piloted, we hand over all the materials and notes so that you may use them as you wish.
