Executive Coaching Services
Pinstripes & Beads™ All of our coaching services are tailored to meet the exact requirements of our
clients and ensure that the programme of coaching is aligned to the desired outcomes. We have put together
a series of illustrative packages to give a sense of the services that we offer:
One-to-One Coaching Packages
You will meet with your coach for regular sessions that will last around 2 hours. These sessions are
face-to-face and can take place at your offices or at a mutually agreed venue. Our standard coaching
programmes include 6, 9 and 12 sessions but any number of sessions can be built into a coaching
package. Normally the coaching sessions would take place monthly but for some clients fortnightly
sessions at the outset can help in building necessary momentum. Our clients have full access to email
and telephone support from their coach for the duration of the coaching programme.
Personal Coaching Retreats
A full day of coaching enables you and your coach to fully explore a particular topic or issue of interest
and allows you to go a little deeper. Building a vision or sense of direction would be a good example of an
ideal theme for a day of coaching. The Personal Retreats take place away from your offices so there is no
chance of you being disturbed or distracted. A recommended programme would include 4 Personal Retreats
over 12 months that would take place on a quarterly basis.
Coaching Clinics
Coaching Clinics offer a cost effective way of building a programme of coaching for a cohort of people
within a team or organisation. The coach would be available for the entire day to provide coaching
sessions of between 60 and 90 minutes in duration to the individuals within the team or
organisation. A series of coaching clinics can be packaged to form a programme of coaching support.
Facilitation
Our coaches are available to use as facilitators within your organisation for events such as team
building, brainstorming, vision building and coach skills training. In addition we offer a number
of ‘master classes’ including; An Introduction to Coaching Skills for Managers, Managing People with
Low Confidence and Preparing for Transition & Change
"It has provided me with an invaluable source of help outside of my organisation to help
me work through issues that are difficult to tackle using people who are internal or involved."
- Ben (Executive Director)
To ensure that our coaching delivers our clients expectations the consultation process is made up of 2 meetings:
- The first is a one-to-one session with the prospective client to determine what they want to get
from the coaching relationship and to make sure that coach and client are well suited to work together
- The second is a 3-way meeting with the client, the sponsor and the coach. The purpose of this
meeting is to establish the boundaries, confidentiality and clear and agreed outcomes for the coaching
relationship. A follow up to this meeting can be held in the middle and at the end of the coaching
relationship to track and confirm progress

"The coaching Geoff has given me has enabled me to regain my confidence in myself and
my career which has empowered me to make some really positive changes and decisions. He was always
patient and understanding and had the ability to make me feel secure and safe whilst helping me to
