Our training programmes include:
Coaching Skills for Managers
A 3 day programme introducing managers and leaders of people to the principles and core tools of
coaching. At the end of the 3 days you will leave confident and capable of having powerful coaching
conversations.
Coaching Accreditation Programme
Consisting of 4 modules this 11 day programme takes place over a 6 month period. This programme was
co-developed and is delivered through our friends at the Institute of Human Development
(www.ihd.co.uk). It is designed for those who wish to become
professional coaches, or who are looking to add the full range of coaching skills to their existing repertoire.
